Please use the following ordering and contact information regarding Maps, Gallery Images or Framing/Matting services. I prefer EMAIL correspondence as the most efficient means of communication.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Order procedure:

Select your desired image or service

• Send EMAIL to Rusty Shutter identifying the map, digital image or negotiable services (i.e. matting & framing, printing, digital photography) you desire.
  
• I will respond promptly: Generally I respond by e-mail within 24 hours to confirm your purchase and to let you know the total for your order (including shipping and sales tax, if applicable) or negotiate prices on services (i.e. framing & matting, printing, digital photography) you desire.
  

Sales Tax:

Calculating the sales tax is simple:

• If you live outside of Massachusetts: you pay no sales tax.
  
  
• If you live in Massachusetts: you must pay 5% sales tax on your total order.

Shipping Costs:

All U.S. orders will be sent using the post office's priority mail or FedEx ground. All orders are insured. We'll let you know what the shipping cost will be when we respond to your order. Typical costs are:

• Orders under $50: normally charge is about $5, which includes the cost of insurance.
  
• Orders over $50: the cost will usually be between $5 and $10 (depending on weight and insurance charges).
  

Payment:

All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We accept payment by credit card, check or money order.

• Checks and money orders: Once I receive your check or money order, the item is normally packed and sent within five days.

   

  

• Credit card orders: If you prefer to pay by credit card I use PayPal's Buy Now buttons for credit card purchases of topographic maps and gallery images. PayPal offers an instantaneous and secure way for you to pay, with minimum risk, using Visa or Master Card.

Please indicate this in your EMAIL correspondence which gallery image you desire. Remember the Buy Now price is for the image printed on archive stock, only. Framing & Matting are additional.

13" x 19" printed on archive stock, you do the framing & matting for $35(+applicable state sales tax+shipping)

Returns :

• Disappointed: If you don't like the finished work or image, you have a 2 week return privilege. When the finished work or image is returned in original condition I will refund your purchase price.

If a returned product doesn't reach us within 2 weeks from the time you receive it, I will assume that you intend to keep it.
